So — after this beautiful weekend celebrating the thinning of the veil between the living and the dead, here I am, packing for the road east.
First stop: Montréal.

Dear diary, the day before yesterday:
I woke up, did my affirmations, and gave myself some juicy love — first with my hands, then with my toys.
Afterwards, I followed my Ayurveda habits: brushing my teeth, drinking apple cider vinegar, then a glass of water.
I practiced single-nostril breathing, then started cleaning my room while connecting with the energy of Lord Shiva through a new song.
I danced for a while, and then felt the call to purge.

I pushed my limits with breathwork, cried deeply, and reminded myself why I don’t do deep kissing or other unsafe practices...
